How Do We Raise Funds For the Non-Profit

With the exception of our private donors, Lollipop Totes is completely self funded by Thomas and Wendi.  They use their skills, time, and energy to create unique crafted items that are sold at a weekly Farmer's Market located at the Agricenter in Memphis.

They also have a small pop-up shop at Abandoned Antiques in Millington, TN year round. They also participate in a few small local craft fairs.

Below is a brief demonstration of how we create the items that we sell to support such a great cause.

Creating the items that make fund raising possible We Craft for the kids

The President of Lollipop Totes is one of its prime creators and fundraisers.  A bit about him as a creator.  He has Psoriatic Arthritis in most of his primary joints including his hands.  This means he gets about 2 hours of time a day to use his hands to create before the arthritis gets the better of him.  Owning an Xtool D1 Pro 20W diode laser lets him get around this limitation for the sake of the non-profit.  Once the designs are created he lets the Xtool do most of the heavy lifting.  Without this Laser, it would be impossible to raise enough funds to self-fund Lollipop Totes

Memphis Agricenter Farmers Market

Once the items are created and boxed up it's time to take them out and offer them up for a donation to Lollipop Totes. You can find Tom and Wendi every Saturday from May to December at the Memphis Agricenter Farmer's Market. It's all about creating the funds to do the best for the kids at LeBonheur Children's Hospital and Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital. Time well spent!

Millington

The other place that is really special to Lollipop Totes is the Millington Abandoned Antiques.  It's here that they have a pop up store that helps yearly with fund raising.  The pop-up store is essential to continuing to have funds in the months that craft fairs are not availible.
